Purpose-built workstation

The DTA Computers Stasis ST is a new desktop computer built around an AMD Ryzen 5 7600 six-core processor with 12 threads and a 5.1 GHz boost clock. It ships with 32 GB of 4800 MHz DDR5 memory and a 2 TB NVMe SSD running Windows 11 Pro. Integrated Radeon graphics drive one HDMI and one DVI output for dual-monitor setups.

Installation and common issues

The chassis uses standard components and offers easy internal access for memory or storage upgrades without proprietary restraints. Four USB 3.2 and two USB 2.0 ports handle peripherals, while Wi-Fi AC 802.11 and Gigabit Ethernet provide network connectivity. No discrete graphics card is present, so the integrated GPU shares system memory.

Best fit and alternatives

This system suits students, home-office workers and professionals who need strong multi-tasking performance for CAD or 3D modelling within a compact air-cooled tower. Buyers who require a dedicated graphics card for heavy rendering or gaming should look at a different configuration. Those needing more than 32 GB of memory or additional drive bays will also need another platform.

Questions about this item

How can I verify the Ryzen 5 7600 is running at its 5.1GHz boost clock after setup?

Open Task Manager’s Performance tab or a tool like HWMonitor to watch the CPU frequency hit 5.1GHz under load.

Which cables or peripherals must I buy separately because they are not in the box?

A monitor is not included; you will need a display plus an HDMI or DVI cable to connect it.

Should I choose a different memory capacity or stick with the 32GB DDR5 4800MHz configuration?

The 32GB 4800MHz DDR5 kit covers heavy multitasking and CAD work; upgrade later only if specific workloads demand more.
