DuPont Tychem 2000 SFR coveralls are single-use protective garments designed for workers who need secondary flame resistance together with chemical barrier performance. The hooded design covers head and torso in one piece. They are sold in packs of four and come in size small with a green colour code for quick visual identification.

Taped seams and elastic closures

Every seam is taped to block liquid penetration at stitch lines. Elastic ankles and cuffs seal the lower openings without tape or separate boot covers. A front zipper runs the full length for fast donning and doffing while keeping the protective envelope intact. The garment meets NFPA 2113 for flame-resistant workwear.

Single-use limits

The material is rated for secondary flame resistance only, not primary flash-fire protection. Once contaminated or physically damaged the coverall must be discarded because the barrier cannot be restored. The 31 1/2 inch inseam and chest range of 30 5/6 to 34 1/3 inches define the fit envelope; workers outside those measurements need a different size.
