Wireless Pool Thermometer with Indoor Display

This digital thermometer consists of a floating outdoor transmitter and a separate indoor receiver unit. It simultaneously measures pool water temperature and room conditions including humidity. The wireless link operates up to 197 ft in open space, letting you monitor water status without leaving the house.

Suited for Pool, Spa and Aquarium Owners

The device works in swimming pools, hot tubs, spas, koi ponds, fish tanks and bathtubs. It helps users adjust heating equipment to maintain comfortable water temperatures and reduce energy costs. Buyers who need integrated smart-home alerts, data logging or control of pool equipment from the display should look at other solutions.

Simple Setup with One Waterproofing Step

Place the transmitter in the water after tightening its IP67-rated double-sealed cover to prevent leaks. The receiver stays indoors and shows both temperatures on a large, readable screen. If condensation appears inside the transmitter lid, unscrew it, dry the interior, then reseal before returning it to the water.

Questions about this item

What power source does the indoor receiver need to operate?

The indoor receiver requires batteries to power the display and wireless reception; a low-battery indicator alerts you when they need replacing.

Will the transmitter still send readings if my pool water drops below freezing?

Yes, the outdoor transmitter measures down to -40 °C or -40 °F, so it continues reporting even in freezing conditions.

How can I verify the wireless link is active after placing the transmitter in the pool?

The receiver shows the water temperature on its large screen; if the reading appears and updates, the 197 ft link is working.
