Smart charger for LiFePO4 packs

This 25.6 V LiFePO4 battery pack charger delivers 29.4 VDC at 6 A using CCCV charging mode and stops automatically when the pack reaches full voltage. It is built for packs rated at 24.8 V with a capacity of 6000 mAh or higher and includes LED indicators that show charge level at 20%, 40%, 60%, 80% and full. Short circuit, over-voltage and output-reversed protection are integrated, and a built-in cooling fan supports long service life. The unit carries CE listing.

Mains input and output connection

The charger accepts 99-121 VAC at 47-63 Hz through a USA AC plug and provides output via 14 AWG wire terminated with a standard female Tamiya plug. A connector adapter from Tamiya plug to clips is included for alternative attachment. Dimensions are 174 mm by 138 mm by 67 mm and weight is 3.0 lbs (1361 grams). Charge time can be estimated as pack Ah multiplied by 1.41 divided by 6.0 A charge current.

Not for other chemistries or smaller packs

This charger is not suitable for lead-acid, lithium-ion or other battery chemistries. It will not charge packs below 6000 mAh capacity or packs with a different nominal voltage.
