Ready-to-run RC power pack

This 7.2 V NiMH battery pack delivers 4200 mAh capacity in a flat six-cell Sub-C stick configuration. It ships with both a wall charger and a 12 V car charger so drivers can top up at home or trackside. The standard Tamiya connector fits Associated, HPI, Losi, Traxxas, Tamiya, Kyosho and other common 7.2 V chassis without adapters.

Wall and car charging thermals

The AC wall unit runs from 110 V input and supplies 12 V at 300 mA, taking roughly 2.5 hours for a 700 mAh Ni-Cd pack. The smart DC charger plugs into a 12 V vehicle socket and offers selectable 1.3 A or 3.2 A currents with negative delta-V cut-off, a maximum safety timer and fuse protection against over-current, short-circuit and reverse polarity. LED indicators show fast-charge and trickle-charge status while typical fills complete in 30 to 60 minutes.

Tamiya connector compatibility

A standard Tamiya plug is factory-fitted to the pack and both chargers include matching Tamiya leads so the system works out of the box. Builders whose vehicles use Deans, XT60, EC3 or other proprietary connectors will need separate adapter cables which are not supplied.
