  • Battery typeBatteries & Chargers
  • Charges up to eight AA or AAA cells simultaneously in pairs
  • Includes eight AA 800 mAh and eight AAA 350 mAh NiCd batteries ready to use
  • Automatic current selection matches AA 200 mA and AAA 80 mA outputs for safe charging
  • Built-in IC timer stops fast charge after twelve hours then switches to trickle mode
  • CE and UL approved with RoHS compliance for certified safety

Ready-to-use AA and AAA kit

The DUSLAN V868 package includes an eight-bay charger plus eight AA cells rated at 800 mAh and eight AAA cells rated at 350 mAh, all using 1.2 V NiCd chemistry. It is aimed at households or small offices that want a single box to keep both common sizes topped up without buying disposable alkalines.

Pair-only charging on 120 V mains

The charger plugs into a 120 V AC 60 Hz outlet and draws 9 W, delivering 2.8 V DC at 200 mA per AA slot and 80 mA per AAA slot. Cells must be inserted in pairs — two, four, six or eight at a time — and the unit automatically selects the correct current for each size. A built-in IC timer stops the fast-charge phase after 12 hours and switches to trickle charge, while LEDs show the status of each bay.

Up to five hundred recharge cycles

Each supplied NiCd cell is rated for up to 500 charge-discharge cycles, providing long-term service in everyday devices such as remote controls, clocks or toys. The trickle phase maintains voltage without overcharging during extended dock time. Users who need higher-capacity cells, lithium chemistry or the ability to charge single cells will need a different solution.

Questions about this item

How many AA or AAA cells can charge simultaneously before the 8-bay limit is reached?

What heat or noise should I expect when the charger runs continuously for the 12-hour timer cycle?

The unit draws only 9 W from 120 V AC and uses a built-in IC timer that switches to trickle charge after the fast-charge period, keeping heat and noise minimal.

Which power socket and battery chemistries must I already have for this kit to work?

It plugs into a 120 V 60 Hz outlet and charges both Ni-Cd and Ni-MH AA or AAA cells; the box includes eight 800 mAh AA and eight 350 mAh AAA NiCd batteries.
