Dual-Roll Direct Thermal Label Printer

The DYMO LabelWriter 450 Twin Turbo is a direct thermal barcode and label printer built for offices and small businesses that need to produce address labels, shipping labels or postage without ink or toner. Two label rolls sit side by side so users can switch between different label types instantly, removing the downtime of swapping rolls during a busy mailing session.

Sustained Output Without Consumable Changes

Direct thermal technology means the printhead heats specially coated media to create text and barcodes, so there are no ink cartridges or toner bottles to monitor or replace during long print runs. The mechanism is rated for up to 71 four-line standard address labels per minute, letting it handle continuous batches of mail or shipping labels without pausing for consumable swaps.

Replaces Single-Roll Thermal

It upgrades any workflow that currently relies on a single-roll thermal printer or on printing sheet labels through a standard office printer, eliminating the waste of partial sheets and the hassle of manual roll changes. The jump is worth it when you regularly print two distinct label formats — such as addresses and postage — and want both ready without operator intervention.
