Self-generating vacuum with rear exhaust

The built-in vacuum system pulls dust through the pad without an external extractor, keeping the work surface visible. At 90 psi the tool draws 14 cfm, and the rear exhaust directs spent air away from the operator. The 0.3 hp motor maintains speed under load while running cooler than geared alternatives. Noise stays in the typical range for palm-style orbital sanders.

Palm grip with 1/4-inch NPT inlet

The 9-inch, 1.5 lb body balances over the palm grip to reduce fatigue during extended passes. A 1/4-inch NPT air inlet accepts standard shop hoses of at least 1/4-inch bore.
