350W TDP rating with 550W headroom

The cooler is rated for 350W TDP and supports up to 550W TDP, providing headroom for high-density workloads. It will run out of capacity when sustained heat loads exceed the 550W maximum supported dissipation. The 105W passive AM4 reference in the supplier data does not apply to this LGA 4710 model.

LGA 4710 socket compatibility

This heatsink fits only the Intel LGA 4710 socket for Granite Rapids CPUs. It is not for builders using AMD Ryzen AM4 sockets or any other processor interface. The physical dimensions are 4.6" x 3.2" x 2.6" for chassis clearance planning.
