What it does and who fits it

The Dyno Racing 52mm water temperature gauge measures coolant temperature from 40 to 120 °C in 12 V vehicles. A white LED backlight makes the pointer and numbers readable at night. The kit includes a 1/8 NPT sensor, a 38 mm joint pipe adapter and two stainless-steel clamps for installation.

Mounting requirements and space saved

The gauge needs a 52 mm dashboard cut-out and a 12 V supply drawing up to 0.3 A. The supplied 38 mm adapter clamps onto the upper radiator hose; other adapter sizes from 28 mm to 42 mm are available separately if the hose diameter differs. No additional controller or display unit is required.

Behaviour during extended running

On first power-up the gauge runs a calibration routine before showing live temperature. The aluminium and stainless construction resists vibration and coolant exposure during long drives. The analog pointer responds continuously without the lag or refresh cycles found in some digital readouts.
