Replacement 15.6-inch LCD for Acer Aspire 5532-314

This new 15.6-inch CCFL panel matches the original 1366 x 768 resolution and 30-pin connector. It is built for the Acer Aspire 5532-314 and compatible part numbers including LTN156AT01 and LP156WH1-TLC1. The screen arrives fully tested with a Grade A+ rating.

CCFL backlight versus LED alternative

The unit uses a single CCFL bulb rather than an LED backlight, so it restores the original brightness behaviour without a conversion cable. The jump is worth it when the existing CCFL panel has dimmed, flickers or shows a pink tint that an LED swap cannot fix directly. It keeps the factory 30-pin CCFL socket intact.

Sustained use with CCFL technology

Under continuous operation the CCFL backlight maintains steady output once warmed up, avoiding the rapid dimming sometimes seen with ageing tubes. The 3-year warranty period reflects the expected service life of the bulb and inverter pairing. The panel is designed for laptop-only installation.

Questions about this item

What are the exact dimensions of the 15.6-inch panel so I can confirm it fits my Acer Aspire 5532-314?

The panel measures 13.6 inches by 7.6 inches, matching the original 15.6-inch wide screen form factor for this laptop model.

Does the 30-pin CCFL connector plug straight into the motherboard or do I need an inverter cable?

The 30-pin CCFL socket connects directly to the motherboard; the separate inverter cable for the single CCF bulb plugs into the inverter board, not the video connector.

If the backlight dims after a year, can I replace just the CCF bulb or do I need a whole new panel?

The single CCF bulb is built into the panel assembly; when it ages you replace the complete 15.6-inch LCD module rather than the bulb alone.
