Questions about this item

Will the 75 W rating hold up during continuous charging without the adapter overheating?

The unit delivers 19.5 V at 3.96 A for a steady 75 W output and accepts 100–240 V AC at 50–60 Hz, so it maintains rated power across global mains voltages.

How much fan noise or heat should I expect when the adapter runs all day?

No fan is mentioned; the adapter relies on passive cooling, so it runs silently and will become warm but not excessively hot under normal continuous load.

Does the 6.5 mm × 4.4 mm barrel connector fit my Sony VGN-CR series laptop directly?

Yes, the 6.5 mm by 4.4 mm tip matches the listed Sony VGN-CR models and the package includes a region-specific power cord for immediate use.
