The barrel connector has a 1.7mm internal diameter and 4.8mm external diameter. An AC power cord is included in the package.

Questions about this item

Will the 65 W output sustain continuous charging without overheating?

The adapter delivers 18.5 V at 3.5 A for a steady 65 W output, matching the original DV4305 and DV4307 requirements, so it maintains full power under sustained load.

How much heat and noise does the unit produce when left plugged in all day?

It is a passively cooled brick with no fan, so it runs silently; the external 4.8 mm barrel and 1.7 mm centre pin stay warm but within normal limits for a 65 W supply.
