65W 18.5V adapter for HP ZT3250US and ZT3260

This 65 watt AC adapter delivers 18.5 volts at 3.5 amps to compatible HP notebooks. It includes the AC power cord and features a connector with a 1.7 millimetre internal diameter and 4.8 millimetre external diameter. The unit accepts 100 to 240 volt input at 50 to 60 hertz for worldwide use. It is supplied new with a two year warranty.

Steady output under continuous load

The adapter maintains its rated 65 watt output during extended charging sessions without dropping voltage. Thermal protection prevents shutdown when the brick runs warm for long periods. It is not suited for laptops that require a higher wattage brick or a different connector pin size. Buyers needing more power or a different tip should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

How hot or noisy does the 65 W 18.5 V adapter get when it runs all day?

The adapter is a passive brick with no fan, so it makes no noise; it will become warm during continuous use but stays within normal operating limits for a 65 W unit.

Does the package include the AC mains cord, or do I need to supply my own?

The AC power cord is included, so you only need a standard wall socket (100–240 V, 50–60 Hz) to start charging.
