30 mm Green Flush Push Button

The Eaton HT8AAG is a 30 mm green flush push button designed for industrial control panels and automation systems. It suits engineers and maintenance teams who need a momentary operator with a metal body and chrome bezel for heavy-duty environments.

Panel mounting and environmental sealing

The operator mounts in a standard 30 mm cut-out and carries NEMA 1, 2, 3, 3R, 4, 4X, 12 and 13 ratings plus IP66 protection. Its plastic head and chrome bezel resist dust, water jets and corrosion, freeing the installer from additional sealing hardware.

Replaces worn or incompatible 30 mm operators

This unit replaces damaged or non-compliant 30 mm flush buttons where Allen Bradley compatibility and CE, CSA and UL listings are required. The jump is worth it when the existing device lacks the full NEMA and IP66 ratings or the correct green colour coding.

Questions about this item

What NEMA and IP ratings protect the 30 mm operator during sustained use?

The button carries NEMA 1, 2, 3, 3R, 4, 4X, 12 and 13 ratings plus IP66, so it resists dust, water jets and oil-tight environments.

How much heat or noise does the momentary push button generate when operated continuously?

As a passive mechanical operator it produces no heat and no audible noise during continuous actuation.

Which mounting cut-out and panel thickness must the enclosure already have for this 30 mm unit?

It requires a standard 30 mm panel cut-out; the chrome metal bezel clamps to typical industrial panel thicknesses.
