Thermal overload relay protects three-phase motors with 0.6–1 A trip range, Class 10 response, and 1NO/1NC auxiliary contacts
The Eaton XTOM001AC1 is a thermal overload relay designed for three-phase motor protection in industrial control panels. It suits maintenance engineers and panel builders who need IEC-style protection for small motors running at low current levels.
This relay mounts directly onto compatible Series XT mini contactors, reducing panel wiring and saving DIN-rail space. The transparent housing allows visual inspection of the trip indicator, while the 1NO/1NC auxiliary contacts provide flexible signalling to PLCs or alarm circuits.
Supplied mounting hardware lets technicians fit the relay to the contactor without sourcing separate screws or brackets. Compliance with ATEX, CE, CSA, UL and EN 60947 standards means the unit meets common international requirements for hazardous-area and general-purpose installations.
