The unit mounts directly onto compatible Series XT mini contactors, simplifying assembly in space-constrained enclosures. Buyers requiring higher current ranges or NEMA-sized starters must select a different relay frame.

Current Range and Trip Behaviour

The adjustable setting spans a minimum of 0.16 A and a maximum of 0.24 A, providing a narrow window for precise protection of fractional-horsepower loads. Trip Class 10 ensures the relay opens within ten seconds at six times the set current, limiting thermal stress during locked-rotor conditions. Auto and manual reset modes give operators flexibility after a trip event. Motors with full-load currents outside the 0.16 A to 0.24 A band cannot be protected by this device.

Integration Requirements

Direct mounting onto Series XT mini contactors eliminates the need for separate DIN-rail space and additional wiring between contactor and relay. The built-in 1NO/1NC auxiliary contact block supports both signalling and control-circuit interlocking without extra accessories. Frame Size A dimensions match the contactor footprint, keeping the starter assembly compact. Panels using non-XT contactors or larger frame sizes will require a different mounting strategy.
