Compact outdoor speaker for water environments

The EBODA IPX7 is a palm-sized Bluetooth 5.0 speaker rated IP67 for full submersion up to one metre for 30 minutes. It floats on water and resists dust and sand, making it suited to showers, pools, kayaks and beach use. A 50 mm driver delivers 5 watts of stereo sound in a 2.0 configuration.

Battery life and output at typical volumes

The integrated 2000 mAh battery provides up to 24 hours of playback depending on volume, LED pattern and audio content. Bluetooth 5.0 maintains a stable link up to 33 feet, and the built-in microphone supports hands-free calls. Sound remains distortion-free at maximum volume.

Replaces non-waterproof portables

This speaker upgrades from basic shower units that lack IP67 protection or buoyancy. The carabiner clip and USB Type-C charging cable simplify attachment and recharging. Buyers who need multi-room stereo pairing or higher total power should consider larger systems.

Questions about this item

Does the 5-watt driver and IP67-rated enclosure generate noticeable heat during a full 24-hour play session?

The 5-watt output and sealed IP67 design run cool enough to handle all-day playback without overheating, even when floating in water.

What charging equipment do I need to replenish the built-in 2000mAh battery?

A USB Type-C cable is included; you only need any standard USB power source such as a phone charger, power bank or laptop port.

Will the Bluetooth 5.0 connection stay stable at 33 feet if I keep my older phone paired?

Bluetooth 5.0 maintains a reliable link up to 33 feet with any compatible device, so legacy handsets that support the standard will stay connected.
