The Eccotemp 7GB-NG is a CSA-certified outdoor natural-gas tankless water heater rated at 7.0 GPM with a 45° temperature rise and 180,000 BTU output. It supplies on-demand hot water for up to 45 applications or three bathrooms simultaneously and is designed for single-family homes, townhomes, condos, cabins, apartments or light commercial use.

Check gas supply and power before ordering

Verify that your gas line can deliver the volume required for 180,000 BTU operation and that the inlet and outlet connections match 3/4" NPT fittings. The unit needs a 110/120-volt UL-listed power cord for the internal exhaust fan, anti-freeze protection and Generation 3 control board, drawing less than .61 amps during operation. Ensure local codes allow outdoor installation without a venting system.

Wall-mount design frees indoor space

The space-saving wall-mounted heater installs outdoors, eliminating the need for indoor venting and reclaiming floor area inside the building. Its advanced .79 GPM low-flow ignition prevents cold spots while the LED remote display and smart adjust technology provide temperature control across the 90°-140°F range. An optional EZ-Flush Descaling Kit is compatible for year-round maintenance.
