Smart Indoor Tankless Heater

The Eccotemp SH22i-LP is a 6.8 GPM liquid propane tankless water heater rated at 140000 BTU. It delivers a 35 degree temperature rise and operates within a 95 to 140°F range. The unit includes Wi-Fi connectivity for app and voice control via Amazon Alexa or Google Home.

Best For Whole Home Replacement

This model suits homeowners replacing a storage tank in a standard single-family house, townhome, condo or cabin. It also fits light commercial installations needing continuous flow. Buyers who require higher flow rates for simultaneous heavy demand or who lack a liquid propane supply should consider other options.

Compact Wall Mount Design

The heater uses 3/4 inch NPT inlet and outlet connections for standard plumbing integration. Its compact footprint frees up floor space compared to traditional tanks. Installation requires proper venting for indoor use, a gas line sized for 140000 BTU, and a stable Wi-Fi network to enable the smart monitoring and scheduling features.
