1.8" mSATA USB 3.0 Aluminum Enclosure

This black aluminum case converts a 1.8-inch mSATA solid-state drive into a portable USB 3.0 storage device. It draws power directly from the host port and requires no driver installation on modern operating systems. The metal housing acts as a heatsink to protect the drive during sustained transfers.

Suits users upgrading

It suits anyone who wants to access a 1.8-inch mSATA SSD externally without opening a laptop or desktop chassis. Builders who need a second internal drive bay or a different internal interface should look at alternative solutions.

Internal interface is mSATA

The enclosure accepts only mSATA drives in the 1.8-inch form factor and connects them through a USB 3.0 cable. No other internal interface or drive size is supported by this unit.
