Eco-Products EPS111 6" Black Polystyrene Knives 1000/Pack

Everyday cutlery for catering and breakrooms

Eco-Products EPS111 knives are black polystyrene utensils measuring 6.00 inches in length. Each pack contains 1000 pieces, making them suited to high-volume food service, office breakrooms and catered events. The single-use design removes the need for washing and reduces turnaround time between seatings.

Replaces reusable flatware when washing capacity

Switching to these knives makes sense when dishwashing staff, equipment or cycle time cannot keep pace with demand. They also remove the risk of metal cutlery loss in venues that allow guests to clear their own tables. The jump is worth it whenever the labour and replacement cost of permanent flatware exceeds the per-unit cost of disposable stock.

Consistent rigidity through a full meal service

The polystyrene construction holds its shape when cutting soft to moderately firm foods such as cooked vegetables, chicken or baked potatoes. Because the material does not absorb moisture, the knife does not soften during extended contact with sauces or hot dishes. Performance remains stable from the first course to the last without the bend that can occur with thinner plastic alternatives.
