Eco-Products World Art PLA-Laminated Soup Container Lids White 8oz 1000/Carton

White PLA Lids for 8 oz Containers

These translucent lids fit Eco-Products World Art PLA-laminated soup containers sized at 8 oz. A carton holds 1000 lids for high-volume food-service operations. The secure-fit design reduces spill risk during transport and handling. They are intended for commercial kitchens, catering services and takeaway outlets serving hot soups or sauces.

Heat Retention and Spill Resistance

The PLA-laminated paper construction helps keep contents hot through extended service periods. A tight perimeter seal limits leaks when containers are stacked or carried. No vent holes are present, so steam pressure builds naturally inside the container. Performance is consistent across repeated use in busy lunch and dinner rushes.

Compostable Construction and Compatibility

Lids are BPI certified compostable and USDA certified 91 percent biobased, breaking down in commercial composting facilities. They contain no pre- or post-consumer recycled content. The non-hinged, non-vented design matches only the EP-BSC8-WA container base. Buyers without access to industrial composting should note that suitable facilities may not exist locally.
