Food-Service Wrap

EcoCraft grease-resistant paper wraps measure 15 by 16 inches and come 3000 sheets per carton. The natural, uncoated material is treated to block grease penetration and staining. Breathable fibres let steam escape so wrapped breads and sandwiches stay fresh longer. Suited for delis, cafés and catering operations that need high-volume single-use liners.

Grease Resistance and Breathability

The paper treatment stops oil from soaking through while still allowing moisture vapour to pass. This keeps basket liners from becoming soggy during service and prevents wrapped items from sweating. No plastic coating means the wraps can be composted where facilities accept Cedar Grove approved materials. They add no noticeable weight or bulk to packed meals.

Carton Packaging and Daily Use

Sheets are packed flat in a box for easy dispensing on a counter or prep station. The 15 by 16 inch size fits standard sandwich baskets and takeaway containers without trimming. Natural colour gives a neutral look that works with any branding. Compostable approval supports waste-reduction goals in commercial kitchens.

Questions about this item

How do I use the 15x16 wraps to line a basket without tearing?

Lay the 15 by 16 inch sheet flat in the basket, press the grease-resistant paper into the corners, and avoid stretching it over sharp edges which can puncture the material.

When should I replace a wrap that has been holding hot food?

Discard each wrap after a single use; the breathable paper absorbs moisture and grease, so it cannot be cleaned or reused for food contact.

Will the paper hold up during a long catering shift without soaking through?

The grease-resistant treatment resists penetration under normal service, but prolonged exposure to heavy oils or standing liquids will eventually cause staining and breakthrough.
