What you get with open-ear Bluetooth 6.0

The eDepot DY06 uses Bluetooth 6.0 and 14.2mm dual drivers to deliver audio while leaving ear canals unblocked. Each bud weighs 8g and sits on the ear for all-day comfort. Adaptive noise cancellation and a built-in microphone handle calls. Touch controls manage playback, volume and calls without a phone.

Range and battery limits in daily use

Bluetooth 6.0 maintains a stable link up to 15 meters in open space. The buds run for 13 hours on a single charge and the case extends total playtime to 60 hours. Recharging the case takes 1.5 hours. Obstacles or interference will reduce the effective wireless distance.

Rotating case and IPX5 durability

The charging case features a 360° rotating mechanism that protects the buds and doubles as a fidget aid. An IPX5 rating means the earbuds resist sweat and rain during intense workouts. No audio jack is present, so wired listening is not an option. The open fit lets ambient sound through by design.

Questions about this item

Should I choose the 13-hour or 60-hour playtime figure?

The 13-hour figure is the earbuds' single-charge runtime; 60 hours is the total you get when the rotating case recharges them multiple times.

What does Bluetooth 6.0 actually give me in daily use?

It provides quick auto-pairing and an ultra-stable link up to 15 metres, with broad compatibility across Bluetooth-enabled devices.

How does IPX5 limit where I can use these?

IPX5 means the buds resist sweat and rain, so they suit running and high-intensity workouts, but they are not submersible.
