Edifier G1500bar 7.1 Soundbar

The Edifier G1500bar is a white desktop soundbar designed for gamers who want virtual 7.1 surround audio without a full headset. It connects via USB, 3.5 mm jack or Bluetooth, so it suits PCs, consoles and phones alike. A detachable boom microphone with a mute switch handles in-game chat or video calls. Thirteen RGB light modes add visual flair to a gaming station.

Thermals noise and power

The speaker draws power directly from the USB connection, so no external power brick is required and heat output stays negligible on a desk. Passive bass radiators replace active subwoofer drivers, keeping fanless operation completely silent when music is paused. Typical listening volumes remain clean without audible hiss or distortion from the built-in amplification. Power consumption stays low enough for any standard USB port.

Build quality and connectivity

A four-driver array combines two active speakers with two passive radiators for deeper low-end response in a compact bar form factor. The detachable microphone plugs into a dedicated port and can be removed entirely for pure media playback. Three EQ presets — movie, game and music — are selectable via the driver software for quick genre switching. USB, 3.5 mm and Bluetooth interfaces cover wired and wireless daily workflows.
