Edifier M601DB 2.0 Bookshelf Speakers

The Edifier M601DB is a powered 2.0 bookshelf speaker pair designed for desktop listening. It suits users who want a compact stereo system for music, movies or casual gaming without a separate amplifier. The active design means each cabinet contains its own amplification, so only a power outlet and a source device are required.

Wooden enclosure with top-mounted controls

Each cabinet uses a classic wooden enclosure built to minimise acoustic resonance and complement home décor. All everyday controls — power, input selection, Bluetooth disconnect, volume up and down — sit on top of the main speaker for quick access. Connectivity is handled by Bluetooth 2.0 and a 3.5 mm AUX input, allowing wireless streaming from a phone or a wired link to a PC or laptop.

10 watts total RMS output

The system delivers 10 watts RMS per channel, driven by a 1/2-inch tweeter and a 3.5-inch mid/bass driver in each cabinet. This power level is aimed at near-field desktop use rather than filling a large room. Buyers who need higher output for bigger spaces or louder playback should consider a more powerful speaker system.
