Portable tabletop speaker with Hi-Res Audio

This Edifier tabletop wireless speaker is built for listeners who want certified Hi-Res Audio from a single compact unit. It uses a 4-inch mid-low driver plus dual 1.25-inch silk dome tweeters driven by Class-D TI digital amplifier chips. Total RMS output reaches 30W for the woofer and 15W per tweeter.

Battery runtime and thermal behaviour

The integrated 5200mAh battery delivers up to 12 hours of playback on a single charge. Class-D amplification runs efficiently so the speaker sustains its rated output during long sessions without heavy throttling. Extended high-volume use will reduce the available playtime below the maximum figure.

Bluetooth 5.4 and wired input limits

Bluetooth 5.4 carries audio up to 24bit/96kHz when the source supports it. USB and AUX connections provide alternative paths but do not raise the wireless codec ceiling. Multi-room grouping via AirPlay 2 relies on a stable Wi-Fi network; the speaker itself does not extend wireless range.
