The Edifier W800BT Plus uses aptX HD audio decoding and a 40mm magnetic NdFeB driver to deliver a large sound field with powerful bass and crystal-clear highs for discerning listeners. It is not suited for buyers who require active noise cancellation for noisy commutes.

Bluetooth 5.1 Stability and 55-Hour Playtime

An upgraded Qualcomm chipset with Bluetooth 5.1 provides lower power consumption and faster, more stable transmission during extended listening sessions. The built-in 670mAh battery supports about 55 hours of music playback on a single charge.

cVc 8.0 Microphone for Clear Calls

A high-quality built-in microphone with cVc 8.0 noise cancellation technology ensures crystal-clear voice quality for phone conversations. Users who need a detachable boom microphone for competitive gaming should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

Does the Bluetooth 5.1 headset stay cool and quiet during all-day listening?

The W800BT Plus uses a low-power Qualcomm chipset with Bluetooth 5.1, so it generates minimal heat and runs silently while the 670 mAh battery delivers up to 55 hours of playback.

What do I need to use aptX HD decoding on the W800BT Plus?

You need a smartphone, tablet or computer that supports aptX HD over Bluetooth 5.1; the headphones handle the decoding internally once paired.

Can I pair the W800BT Plus with an older Bluetooth audio transmitter I already own?

Yes — the headphones are backward-compatible with earlier Bluetooth versions, so they will connect to legacy transmitters for standard-quality audio.
