Electric Tankless Water Heater for Commercial

The Eemax PR018240 is an electric tankless water heater that operates on 240V AC single-phase power. It is built for indoor installation in commercial and residential settings. The unit serves applications such as dishwashers, kitchen sinks, mop sinks and standard hand sinks. It delivers hot water on demand without a storage tank.

Compact Wall-Mount Design with 1/2-Inch Cold Inlet

The heater measures 17 inches high, 14 inches wide and 3.7 inches deep, allowing it to fit in tight utility spaces. A 1/2-inch cold water inlet connects directly to standard plumbing. An adjustable thermostat lets you set the output temperature between 80 and 140 degrees Fahrenheit. The unit activates at a minimum flow of 0.3 gpm and can supply up to 7 gpm.

Replaces Tank Heaters When Space

This model replaces traditional storage-tank heaters where floor space is limited or a continuous supply of hot water is required. The jump is worth it when the installation can support a 75-amp circuit and 18,000-watt power draw. It is not suited for whole-house demand that exceeds the 7 gpm maximum flow rate.
