90 W 15 V 6 A adapter with 6.3 mm × 3.0 mm tip

This AC power adapter delivers 90 W at 15 V and 6 A through a 6.3 mm × 3.0 mm barrel connector. It is built as a direct replacement charger for compatible Toshiba laptops. The unit includes short-circuit, overload and over-temperature protection circuits. Low energy consumption helps reduce wasted power during daily use.

Buyers needing a 90 W 15 V supply

This adapter suits owners of Toshiba laptops that require a 6.3 mm × 3.0 mm centre-positive plug and 90 W output. It is not for devices that use a different voltage, a higher wattage requirement or an alternative connector diameter. Users whose machines need USB-C Power Delivery or a proprietary multi-pin connector should look at a different power solution.

Questions about this item

Will the 90 W rating hold up during continuous charging sessions?

The adapter delivers a steady 15 V at 6 A for a total of 90 W, and built-in overload plus over-temperature protection prevents sustained power from exceeding that limit.

How much heat or noise does the 15 V 6 A brick produce when left plugged in all day?

With short-circuit protection and low energy consumption, the unit runs cool and silent under normal load; the over-temperature circuit will throttle output if internal heat ever rises too high.
