Multi-Platform Connection

The EKSA E5BT headset offers three connection methods: a 2.4 GHz USB dongle with USB-A and Type-C connectors, Bluetooth, and a 3.5 mm wired cable. The 2.4 GHz link works with PC, PS5, PS4, Mac, and Switch, while Bluetooth pairs with phones, tablets, and laptops. Xbox consoles only support the 3.5 mm wired mode. The USB-A dongle must be used with the USB-C dongle, though the USB-C dongle can operate alone.

52-Hour Battery and On-Ear Controls

A single charge delivers 52 hours of operating time and requires roughly three hours to replenish. On-ear buttons let you adjust volume, mute the microphone, and switch modes without reaching for the connected device. The headset cannot be used while charging, and the initial wireless pairing may take more than ten seconds to complete.

50 mm Drivers with 20 ms Latency

The 50 mm drivers produce a 33 percent boost in sound effect detail, and the 2.4 GHz wireless link runs at 20 ms latency for responsive audio. Passive noise isolation and a 120-degree rotatable omni-directional microphone with 113 dB sensitivity provide clear team chat. The microphone does not function when the headset is connected to Switch via the dongle.

Questions about this item

Will the ear cushions on the EKSA E5BT need replacing after long use?

The over-ear cushions are passive noise-isolating pads; they wear with daily use and can be swapped when they lose seal or comfort.

What limits the EKSA E5BT during a full-day gaming session?

The 52-hour battery is the first limit; after that the headset must be charged for 3 hours before wireless play resumes.

How warm or loud does the EKSA E5BT get when used all day?

Passive cooling keeps the 50 mm drivers at safe temperatures, and the 113 dB sensitivity delivers loud volume without audible distortion.
