This powered solderless breadboard gives students, hobbyists and engineers a self-contained workspace for building and testing analogue and digital circuits. It combines a large tie-point area with three built-in regulated supplies so no external bench unit is required. The flame-resistant ABS case and illuminated switch make it ready for bench or classroom use.

Three Supplies and 2390 Tie Points

The board provides a fixed +5 V DC rail at 1 A plus variable 0 to +15 V and 0 to -15 V rails each at 500 mA, all accessible through banana plugs with overcurrent protection. Five distribution strips and three terminal strips deliver 2390 connection points for components and jumper wires. Two LED voltmeters display the positive and negative variable outputs in real time. A 5.5 foot IEC cord accepts 100 to 240 V AC input worldwide.

Thermals Noise and Power Draw

The linear regulators and enclosed supply run silently with no fan, so acoustic noise is limited to the faint click of the power switch. Heat stays low during typical prototyping loads thanks to the vented ABS chassis and rubber feet that promote passive airflow. Power draw from the mains scales with the combined output current of the three rails and remains modest for breadboard-scale experiments.
