Capture card for 1080p 60FPS streaming
The Elgato 15390A captures HDMI video at 1080p 60FPS through a USB-C 3.0 connection. It is built for creators who stream gameplay from consoles such as Switch or PlayStation, or who need a low-latency feed for video conferencing on Windows, Linux or Mac. Plug-and-play operation means no extra drivers are required.
Check HDCP status and OS version before buying
PS4 and PS5 only work when HDCP is disabled in the console settings; encrypted signals such as Blu-ray playback cannot be captured. The device does not support iOS versions below 17. Your source resolution must be equal to or higher than the capture resolution, otherwise the software will report an unsupported format.
Passive cooling keeps noise at zero
An ABS+PC enclosure acts as a heatsink, so the card runs silently without a fan. Power is drawn entirely from the USB-C 3.0 bus, with no external supply needed. The loop-out passes 4K signals at 30Hz 4:4:4 or 60Hz 4:2:0 while the capture engine records 1080p 60FPS in YUV2 or MJPEG.

Questions about this item
Does the box include both a USB-C and a USB-A cable or do I need to buy one separately?
The capture card comes with both a USB-C 3.0 cable and a USB-A cable so you can connect to either port type without an extra purchase
Should I choose the 1080p 60FPS mode or the 4K 30Hz loop-out for my setup?
Use 1080p 60FPS capture for smooth gameplay recording; the 4K 30Hz loop-out simply passes a 3840×2160@30Hz signal to a monitor while you capture at 1080p
What does the 1080p 60FPS headline figure mean when I plug the card into my PC?
It means the device can ingest an HDMI signal up to 1080p at 60 frames per second and deliver that video over USB 3.0 to OBS or other software with low latency
