Questions about this item

What video interfaces does the 1590L provide, and which one limits the 1024 x 768 signal?

The display offers DisplayPort, HDMI and VGA inputs; VGA caps the analogue bandwidth, while DisplayPort and HDMI carry the native 1024 x 768 resolution without scaling.

What mounting hardware is included for the open-frame 15-inch chassis?

The box supplies “L” side-mount brackets with screws for securing the unit inside a kiosk or enclosure.

How is the IntelliTouch SAW touchscreen connected, and what step is often missed?

Use the supplied USB touch cable; the common oversight is forgetting to install the Elo driver before calibrating the single-touch surface.
