Elo W12 4K USB 2.0 Webcam 30fps 80° FOV 360° swivel

Compact 4K USB webcam for calls and streams

The Elo W12 delivers up to 4K resolution at 30 fps or 1080p at 60 fps through a USB 2.0 connection. A 1/2.5" CMOS sensor with an f/1.78 aperture captures detailed video for remote work, online classes or live streaming. Phase detection autofocus keeps faces sharp while the 80° field of view fits individuals or small groups. The camera swivels 360° and mounts on laptops, monitors or tripods.

Thermals noise and power draw in daily use

Bus-powered over USB 2.0, the webcam draws minimal current and runs silently with no moving parts. Dual omnidirectional microphones use noise-cancelling processing to isolate speech while suppressing keyboard clicks and room hum. Auto low-light correction adjusts exposure continuously so the image stays balanced in dim or mixed lighting without user intervention.

Behaviour under sustained load

During long meetings or multi-hour streams the sensor maintains 4K 30 fps or 1080p 60 fps output without frame drops. PDAF continues tracking focus as the presenter moves, and the fixed 80° lens covers the same scene consistently. The all-metal hinge holds any angle through 360° rotation, and the MP4 codec stream stays stable over the USB 2.0 link for the full session.
