Questions about this item

How do I install the SFP module into my Vertiv appliance and which step is often missed?

Insert the ADB0045 into the SFP slot until it clicks, then connect a multi-mode fibre patch cord with an LC connector to the transceiver.

What maintenance or replacement will the 100Base-SX transceiver need over time?

The module itself has no moving parts; plan to replace the fibre patch cord if the LC connectors become scratched or contaminated beyond cleaning.
