10/100Mbps speed ceiling

Each port auto-negotiates at 10Mbps or 100Mbps half or full duplex, so throughput tops out at Fast Ethernet rates. The switch follows IEEE 802.3, 802.3u, 802.3x and 802.3az standards with flow control for full duplex and backpressure for half duplex. It does not support VLAN tagging or gigabit speeds, limiting use to networks where 100Mbps is sufficient.

Plastic desktop or wall-mount case

The white plastic enclosure measures 82 x 49 x 21mm and sits on a desk or can be mounted on a wall. Five RJ45 ports and the DC power jack are arranged along the edges for tidy cable routing.
