17-inch Laptop Cooling Pad

This cooling pad supports laptops up to 17 inches and uses a thermoelectric cooler based on the Peltier effect with a close-fitting heat conduction sheet to achieve cooling in three seconds. Four eleven-blade fans with brushless motors provide full fuselage coverage and independent control for multi-gear adjustment. The unit includes RGB surround lighting with ten effect modes and an LCD display for convenient monitoring. It is designed for users who need rapid active cooling for larger notebooks.

Sustained Load Behaviour

The thermoelectric cooler delivers immediate temperature reduction while the four fans maintain continuous airflow at a maximum of 2800 RPM. Each fan uses an eleven-blade imitation aviation ultra-thin blade design with a brushless motor that produces less than 20 dB of noise during operation. Independent control allows the cooling intensity to be matched to workload without short bursts. The system is built for consistent heat dissipation over extended sessions rather than momentary spikes.

Installation and Common Issues

The pad offers six-level height adjustment with a non-slip clasp to keep the base stable at the chosen angle. Its dimensions of 14.33 inches wide, 12.83 inches high and 9.06 inches deep determine the required desk footprint. Buyers who need a more compact solution for smaller workspaces or who require passive cooling without powered components should consider that this unit relies on active thermoelectric and fan operation.

Questions about this item

How loud are the four fans when the cooler runs continuously at 2800 RPM?

The eleven-blade aviation-style fans with brushless motors produce less than 20 dB of noise even at the maximum 2800 RPM, so the pad stays quiet during all-day use.

Does the cooler draw power from the laptop or need its own outlet?

The unit is powered through a USB connection to the laptop; no separate wall adapter is required.

Will the 14.33 by 12.83 inch surface and non-slip clasp hold a heavier 17-inch workstation securely?

Yes, the cooling pad supports laptops up to 17 inches and the non-slip clasp keeps the base steady at any of the six height settings.
