EPOS ADAPT 560 II Headset

The EPOS ADAPT 560 II is an over-the-head Bluetooth headset finished in black. It delivers wireless audio for calls and media playback. The design targets professionals who need a single headset for desk and mobile use. A USB Type C connection is available for wired operation.

Suited to mobile professionals.

This model suits workers who switch between laptop and phone during the day. The Bluetooth link and 20 hour battery support untethered movement. Buyers who need a purely cabled headset without wireless hardware should look at something else. The headset also requires a device with Bluetooth or a USB Type C port.

20 hour battery life on a single charge

The integrated battery provides up to 20 hours of music playback before recharging. This figure determines whether the headset covers a full workday without a cable. Users with longer shifts must plan for a recharge break. No other specification overrides this limit.

Questions about this item

What device port is needed to use the supplied cable with the ADAPT 560 II?

The headset works with any device that has a 3.5 mm audio jack for wired listening.

Can the EPOS ADAPT 560 II connect to a desktop PC that only has USB-A ports and no Bluetooth?

The headset uses Bluetooth wireless connectivity, so a separate USB Bluetooth adapter would be required for a PC without built-in Bluetooth.

A full charge provides up to 20 hours of music playback, so checking the battery indicator after charging shows it is ready.
