Enterprise Wireless DECT Headset

The EPOS Enterprise Impact D 10 USB ML II is a mono convertible headset designed for professionals who spend long hours on calls. It connects to a single PC or softphone via USB and delivers up to 12 hours of talk time. The noise-cancelling microphone and EPOS Voice technology keep conversations clear in busy environments. Workers who need reliable, single-device audio will find it fits their daily routine.

Upgrade From Wired Mono Headsets

This model replaces a tethered USB headset when freedom of movement matters more than multi-device pairing. The DECT wireless link reaches up to 55 metres in typical offices and up to 180 metres line of sight. The jump is worth it if you regularly pace during calls or step away from the desk without dropping audio. Buyers who need simultaneous connections to a desk phone and a computer should look elsewhere.

Magnetic Dock Charging And Three Wearing Styles

Installation is plug-and-play: insert the USB dongle and the headset pairs automatically. The magnetic dock aligns the charge contacts without fiddling, so the unit is ready for the next shift. You can switch between headband, ear hook or an optional neckband to match comfort preferences. Users who dislike any on-ear pressure may still find the mono design fatiguing after extended wear.
