Purpose-built for Teams calls

The EPOS IMPACT 500 is a wireless headset certified for Microsoft Teams, aimed at professionals who spend long hours in meetings. It connects via Bluetooth with a 98 ft range and includes a USB-C and USB-A dongle for immediate compatibility. The over-the-head, on-ear design keeps both ears covered for focused conversation.

Hybrid ANC and adaptive beamforming

Hybrid active noise cancellation reduces background sound during calls and concentration work. EPOS adaptive beamforming microphones scan the environment 32000 times per second to suppress unwanted noise while preserving natural voice timbre. The boom microphone ensures clear pickup without a bulky arm in front of the mouth.

Leatherette cushions and simple controls

Leatherette ear cushions provide durability and comfort for all-day wear. On-ear volume control lets you adjust levels instantly without reaching for software. The package includes both USB-C and USB-A connectors so the headset works with current and legacy ports without extra adapters.

Questions about this item

How do I pair the EPOS IMPACT 500 headset with my computer for Microsoft Teams calls?

Connect the included USB-C or USB-A dongle to your computer, then pair the headset via Bluetooth for Microsoft Teams certification; a future software update will enable native Bluetooth Teams support without the dongle.

What part of the EPOS IMPACT 500 will wear out first and need replacement?

The leatherette ear cushions are designed for prolonged life but will eventually compress; they are the primary user-replaceable component on this over-the-head, on-ear headset.

At what distance does the wireless connection on the EPOS IMPACT 500 start to drop?

The Bluetooth wireless range extends up to 98 ft; moving beyond this limit or placing dense obstacles between the headset and the dongle will cause the signal to degrade first.
