Erb Safety 4-Point Ratchet Hard Hat Yellow

Hard Hat for Industrial Head Protection

The DELTAPLUS Americana 360 hard hat provides ANSI Type 2 Class E head protection with a full-brim design. A four-point ratchet suspension adjusts to fit hat sizes from 6-1/2 to 8. The polyethylene shell weighs 1.049 lb and meets ANSI Z 89.1 standards for impact and electrical insulation.

Verify Compliance and Fit Requirements

Confirm that your worksite requires ANSI Type 2 Class E certification and permits a non-vented, full-brim style. The hat includes no accessory mounting slots and is not rated as high-visibility. Ensure the 6-1/2 to 8 size range matches the wearer before ordering.

Replaces Worn or Non-Compliant Headgear

This unit replaces hard hats with expired service life, damaged shells, or suspensions that no longer hold adjustment. The reversible donning feature allows the brim to face forward or backward. Upgrade when current gear lacks Type 2 top and lateral impact rating or Class E electrical protection.
