Pan pivot kit for SV LCD cart

The Ergotron 97-650 SV cart LCD pan pivot kit adds horizontal rotation to a compatible medical cart display. It lets clinicians angle the screen toward a patient or colleague without moving the entire cart. The kit mounts directly to the cart's existing VESA interface.

Passive operation with no power draw

This mechanical pivot kit has no fans, motors or electronic components. It generates zero noise and consumes no electricity during use. Adjustment relies on manual force, so there is no thermal load added to the cart system.

Questions about this item

How do I install the 97-650 pan pivot kit onto my SV cart, and which step is commonly missed?

Mount the pivot bracket to the cart’s VESA plate using the supplied hardware, then attach the LCD arm; the step often missed is tightening the pivot tension screw so the screen holds its angle.

What maintenance or replacement will the 97-650 pivot mechanism need over time?

The pivot’s nylon bushings and tension spring may wear after repeated adjustments; if movement becomes loose or stiff, replace the bushings and spring using the same 97-650 kit hardware.
