Ergotron LX Pro conversion kit

This Ergotron accessory converts an LX Pro single monitor arm into a side-by-side dual arrangement. It includes the mounting collar and hardware needed for the expansion. The kit is designed for direct attachment to the existing LX Pro structure. Installation follows the manufacturer's standard mounting procedure.

Suited for LX Pro owners adding a second screen

Buyers who do not own an Ergotron LX Pro arm cannot use this kit. It does not function as a standalone mount or with other monitor arm models. Users needing a complete mounting solution or a different arm configuration should consider alternative products.

Questions about this item

How do I attach the mounting collar to the LX Pro pole and what is the step people often miss?

Slide the collar over the pole, orient it for side-by-side placement, then tighten the clamping screws evenly; the missed step is checking that the collar sits flush against the pole before final torque.

What maintenance will the conversion kit need over time?

Periodically re-check the clamping screws for tightness and inspect the collar for any wear or corrosion; no lubrication or scheduled part replacement is required.
