Esco 70100 Demount Tool for Truck Tyres

The Esco Equipment 70100 Easy Way Demount Tool is a hand-operated system for removing tubeless truck tyres. It covers wheel diameters from 16.5 to 24.5 inches and is aimed at workshops and fleet technicians who need to change heavy-duty tyres without powered equipment. The kit includes two demount tools and a rim protector for a complete procedure.

Two-Piece Tool Set with Included Rim Protector

The package contains the 70101 top bead tool, the 70102 bottom bead tool and the 70103 rim protector. The protector prevents damage to aluminium or painted wheels during the process. The design allows the operator to demount the rear or bottom bead without lifting the heavy tyre, reducing physical strain and speeding up the job.

Verify Wheel Diameter Range Before Use

Confirm that the target wheels fall within the 16.5 to 24.5 inch diameter range stated for this system. The tool is built specifically for tubeless truck tyres and is not suitable for other tyre types or smaller passenger wheels. Ensure the rim profile matches the protector shape to avoid slippage during bead breaking.
