Nomex blend goggle strap

The ESS 740-0215 is a replacement strap built from a Nomex blend for fire-resistant durability. It fits compatible safety goggles using a one-piece wrap-around design with hook-and-loop helmet tabs. Red Speed-Clips allow quick attachment and removal. The strap meets ANSI Z 87.1 -2020 and NFPA 1950 standards.

For structural and wildland firefighters

This strap suits professionals who need a heat-resistant, metal-detectable-free retention system for approved goggles. It is not for users requiring X-ray detectable components or those fitting non-compatible eyewear models. Buyers needing a different attachment method should look elsewhere.

Speed-Clip attachment system

The defining feature is the Red Speed-Clip mechanism that secures the strap to the goggle frame. This one-piece wrap-around design integrates hook-and-loop fastener tabs for helmet mounting. Compatibility depends on the goggle model accepting this specific clip type.
