Adjustable Drawer Frames 14-18 Inch

Two steel frames adjust from 14 to 18 inches to fit letter-size suspension files. They convert a standard drawer or cabinet space into a two-drawer filing system. Assembly is straightforward and the frames are sold as a pair in one box. Ideal for offices adding filing capacity without replacing furniture.

Letter-Size Filing Constraint

The frames accept only letter-size hanging folders, so legal or A4 documents will not fit. Width adjusts between 14 and 18 inches, but depth and height are fixed by the existing drawer or cabinet interior. Buyers who need a different paper format or a deeper storage pocket cannot use these frames.

Steel Construction Daily Use

Silver steel construction resists bending under a full load of files. The smooth finish prevents folders from snagging during daily retrieval. Two frames sit side by side, creating two independent drawers that slide on the cabinet's own runners. No additional hardware is included, so mounting depends on the host furniture.

Questions about this item

Should I choose the 14" or 18" setting for my letter-size drawers?

The frames adjust continuously between 14 and 18 inches so you can match the exact interior width of each drawer without choosing a fixed size.

What does the adjustable 14"-18" range mean once the frames are installed in a real cabinet?

It means each frame telescopes to fit any letter-size drawer interior from 14 up to 18 inches wide, letting you use the same pair in different cabinets or desk pedestals.

How does the steel construction affect the way the frames hang on drawer rails?

The steel rails hook directly onto standard drawer sides or cabinet rails, supporting letter-size suspension folders without needing extra brackets or adapters.
