USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 cable with 90-degree connector

This right-angle USB-C to USB-C cable carries USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 signals and delivers up to 100W of power. It supports 4K video at 60Hz and data rates of 20Gbps. The 90-degree plug reduces strain on ports and keeps the cable close to the device.

Who this suits and who should look elsewhere

Suits users who need fast charging, high-speed data and 4K video from a single USB-C connection, especially in tight spaces or while gaming. Not for buyers who require a straight connector, longer reach than the supplied length, or legacy USB-A compatibility.

Deciding specification — 20Gbps USB 3.2 Gen 2x2

The cable is certified for 20Gbps transfer speed under the USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 standard. If your host, peripheral or dock only operates at 10Gbps or 5Gbps, the extra bandwidth will not be used. Confirm that both ends support USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 before purchase.

Questions about this item

Does USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 really reach 20Gbps with this cable?

The cable is rated for up to 20Gbps data sync and is compatible with Thunderbolt 3 and 4 ports, so it can deliver that speed when both host and device support the standard.

Will the right-angle USB-C plug fit alongside other ports on my laptop?

The 90-degree L-shaped connector measures 3.3 feet long and is designed to sit flush against the device, clearing adjacent ports and reducing strain on the socket.

What must I check before getting 4K 60Hz video over this cable?

Your laptop or monitor USB-C port must support DisplayPort Alternate Mode; the cable itself carries 4K at 3840x2160 or 4096x2160 at 60Hz with HDR 10-bit colour.
