Post-hook Bluetooth 4.1 receiver

The ESTONE AX-03 adds wireless audio to any wired headset through a 3.5 mm jack. It pairs with up to two phones simultaneously so you can switch between calls and music without re-pairing. The compact adapter suits commuters and office workers who want cable-free listening on existing earphones.

Six-hour talk time from 60 mAh cell

A 3.7 V 60 mAh battery delivers up to six hours of conversation or playback per charge. Bluetooth 4.1 keeps the link stable at low power so the unit stays cool and silent during normal use. No active cooling is needed because the circuitry draws minimal current.

Steady connection within ten-metre range

Under continuous streaming the receiver maintains the A2DP, AVRCP, HFP and HSP profiles without drop-outs at typical indoor distances. The ABS shell resists heat buildup during long sessions. Multi-point pairing remains active so a second handset can interrupt without breaking the primary stream.

Questions about this item

How do I connect the AX-03 to my wired headphones?

Plug the 3.5 mm jack on the adapter into the headphone cable, then pair the adapter with your phone over Bluetooth 4.1.

What battery upkeep does the AX-03 require?

The built-in 3.7 V 60 mAh cell recharges via USB; after many charge cycles the runtime will drop and the unit will need replacement.

What limits the AX-03 during a long listening session?

The battery provides up to 6 hours of talk time, so extended use will require recharging before that limit is reached.
